We develop new products using a human-centered approach. Market research, user experience, materials and manufacturing methods guide this approach.

Paul Murphy

Founder
Paul’s creative career spans three decades. He has designed, managed and produced powerful face to face experiences for several of the world’s leading brands. Proudly, Microsoft, FedEx, Starbucks and HP have all been customers.
 
Paul created FILE2FAB, a product design and engineering firm based in Los Angeles. His deep production experience, design knowledge and financial background uniquely qualify him to create, engineer and build successful products.

Paul holds an MBA in finance and a BA in Industrial Design.

Paul’s career spans three decades. He has produced powerful experiences for several of the world’s leading brands. Microsoft, FedEx, and Starbucks have all been partners.

Paul has worked for the two largest and most influential experiential event producers in North America. Positions have included Creative Director, Vice President and President.

In 2008 Paul founded an event production consultancy delivering technology focused activations domestically and internationally.

In 2014 Paul created FILE2FAB. Services include, Industrial Design, Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping.

FILE2FAB partners with leading brands in the consumer, aerospace and medical device spaces.

Paul led the redesign of the prestigious Golden Globe Award in 2018. This was the most significant new award in the 80 year history of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The award is the foundation of all Hollywood Foreign Press Association branding.

Paul, earned a Bachelor of arts in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois and a MBA in finance from Bentley University.

His unique educational experience allow him to solve both creative and quantitative problems with complex projects.
