Our objective was to transform a complicated idea into a solid and successful product. The product needed to redefine the rider experience for motorcycles, ATV’s and snowmobiles.

Origin

Our customer is an avid rider with a vision for a more comfortable touring experience. As riders ourselves, we recognized the potential of the idea and took the lead on development. In collaboration with the customer an electronic adjustable handlebar system was born.

Solution

Our customer wanted the design to compliment various motorcycle, ATV and snowmobile styles. Riders can customize their handlebar position with the push of a button. The system boosts comfort and reduces fatigue on long trips.

Features

The electric motor and locking system integrates into the fork column. It is styled to reduce visual bulkiness. The ergonomic control panel is simple and intuitive. Preset and customizable modes allow the bars to adapt to the type of riding experience. Bar adjustments can only be made when the motorcycle is stationary, enhancing safety.

Market Impact

The handlebars cater to riders seeking an accessory that transforms their riding experience. Our research on motorcycle, ATV and snowmobile accessories did not uncover any comparable products. The design’s uniqueness allows the customer to dominate respective markets.

Feedback from test riders was overwhelmingly positive.
